I just picked one of these up for 30 bucks and it is in fantastic condition.

Does anyone know anything about this racquet? It reminds me of a Hazel Streamline.

It's brown and very smooth. I believe it's mostly wood.

On the side of the throat it states:

Fiberglass: Multidirectional fiberglass faces epoxy resin cured.
Wood: Ash core frame with 5 laminates.
Vulcan Fiber: Inside, outiside frame and open throat

It's also states: Made in Belgium on the other side of the throat.

The head size is standard (Max). It may even be smaller. I compared it back to back against a Bancroft Players Special and it's a bit smaller and more oval.

The weight is 12.8 oz. and it is 7pts. H.L.

The grip is made of leather but it's a very rough leather. Not the smooth leather we see today. It looks like it's meant to perform as a grip and overgrip.

I'll post pictures of it later.

Any info would be appreciated.

Le Coq Sportif had a whole line of very nice racquets. The OEM was either Snauwaert or Donnay. I don't know which one was manufacturing the wood racquets for Le Coq Sportif.

I still have a Concept 3 TXM, TXO, and a TCO

What do all the codes mean?

WOW! I used this exact stick in high-school. I can remember I mowed lawns, washed cars and even painted street address numbers on curbs to earn money and then order from the old-school Nevada Bobs mail order form in the back of Tennis Magazine (maybe even World Tennis).

Not a bad stick, but I went back to my Donnay Borg Pros shortly after, though.

Great picture!

I played the Tanner version in '85 for my last college season. My first graphite racquet. Model TXF?
85 sq in,triple throat, and stiffer than the aluminum Prince Pro that I switched from. It was great for serving.
