I have a POG OS (16x19) version 2 (4 stripes) and I need to replace the head guard. Will the current TW carries

fit? or I have to find the old one?

TIA

The POG Mid set that TW sells will fit the 4-stripe POG Mid.

I'd say you should go for it. Finding an original set in decent shape would not be easy, and the set from TW is cheap. If it doesn't work, you're out less than the cost of a string job.

The current POG OS grommets should be fine.

It won't fit the grommetless POG OS, though

Yes, it fits. Except for the grommet-less version of the POG, all other POGs are identical in shape.
