I'm trying to find actual specs on this racket. i've done a few searches, but apparently i'm not inputting the correct group of search words. so, does anyone have the specs on this beautiful piece of history?

Loved that Head Vilas. A bit too expensive at the time (1980), maybe $50.

Ended up with a Kramer Pro Staff ($35).

mine should be here soon. i've had a racket revival of sorts. after whoopin' on my students with my T2000 i've decided i want to play some wood again.

Viva Vilas!

I myself just found one at a local yard sale last weekend... cost me a whopping sum of $1 ! :)

wish i could find one for a buck! i do plan on playing mine semi regularly. some say hitting with wood doesn't help your game. i don't agree. it lets me know if i am hitting the sweet spot regularly or not. if i'm not, then i work on my prep to get back to that point.
