care to explain... i have actually asked a friend of mine who is very knowledgable about rackets... and he said it was.

It has the red primer under the paint and the square string channel.

picture 5,6, 7 appear to be a vincent. Two odd things I noticed.

The throat grommets are the lower grommtes that were found on the later vincents, however, the butt cap does nto appear to have the trade mark symbol (R) next to the "W", which would make it an earlier vincent.

Would need clearer photos.

I'd say that chances are... it is a SV. What is the three letter butt cap code? Does it end in Q?

It looks like a St. Vincent that was produced between the earliest (which had no head guard/higher throat grommets/no 'R' symbol below the W on the butt cap) and the later SV (which had a headguard/lower individual throat grommets/'R' symbol on the buttcap below the W).

I have one at home just like it. It has a head guard, matte finish, squared grommet channels, individual/low throat grommets, butt cap contains three letter code which ends in Q and no reserved 'R' symbol below the Wilson 'W', red primer, 'midsize' on both sides of throat, string 65-70 lbs, etc.

The only difference is your string tension recommendation (which was lowered on the later models).

the the bottom half of the last number on the butt cap is scraped off -_-... it is either a 0, O or Q

As long as it's not an "I" then you're good.

The racquet in the first two pics of the series appears to be a Chinese Pro Staff whereas the rest of the pics looks like a St. Vincent.
