I was wondering what socks you guys use. What socks are the best that you can buy off TW in bulk. ie. 3-packs. I have white shoes so i dont want black socks.

Hard to go wrong with Nike imo - their newer ones have great tight fit loop around the arch and stand up to a helluva pasting in hot humid Singapore - if they work here, they'll work wherever you are.

i like the nike dri fit ones, not too thick not too thin, good cushioning without taking the feel of the court, and last for a while, i still have to device a method to track which pair goes to what pair because i have a lot of them.

I don't think you can get them in three packs, but Thorlos are the best for the money. They are a bit thick, but padding and cushioning are fantastic. I have a few pair that I use that are over 7 years old and still work fine.

Do any of Nike's tennis socks NOT contain cotton?

Ditto Thorlo - although I can't imagine anyone playing very much tennis and having them last for 7 years...

Thorlos, 6 months? You're not suppose to wear the same pair everday!

I bought 10 pairs beginning of last season and I've had no degradation problems. Say they are good for at least one or two more seasons. Also no longer have to wear two pairs of socks to stop blisters.

Most tennis socks are non-cotton. Do they smell? I am afraid to buy these socks because I always have a problem with non-cotton socks--they smell too much!

Thorlos are the way to go.
