shaving blade's

My question is for those who shave their head few times a week. My question for those professional, which blade or shaver is the best because I shave with razor blade twice a week a consumed a lot of time when I do that. Sometimes I don't have a clean shave and getting frustrating now. To be honest it's not easy to go bald.
