12 o'clock but you should counterbalance it by adding weight in the handle.

where is it best to add weight in the handle? buttcap or just above grip?

I add weight all along the handle
To get the balance right if you add two grams at 12 o'clock then you add 6 grams along the handle.
For example if you add 6 grams at 3 and 9 o'clock then you add 9 grams along the handle.
These are common set-ups to give your racket more power and stability.

so I should add at 12 and both 3 9 position to achive that right

No, he's saying one or the other in the above scenario. If you want to maintain the racquet's stock balance... for any weight you add to the head (above the balance point)... you also have to experiment and add a certain amount to the handle area (below the balance point).

I would say that you can add lead to the 3 and 9 and counter weigh it in the handle to maintain the same balance, but for an easier way, use different strings or lower string tension.

3 and 9, baby... 3 and 9.

Balance it with weight at the butt.

^^^ if you want to keep the same balance. Otherwise, use 3 and 9 to keep the sweetspot where it is. 6 o'clock makes the sweetspot lower and 12 o'clock makes the sweet spot higher, and adds the most power.

whenever you add something also counterweigh it

beware, the 10 and 2 raises the sweetspot
