I have been playing for 3 years, and made it to the District semis. Ever since then I feel that something has been wrong with my forehand. I hit my forehand well that day but since then I have felt that it has changed for the worse. I do not know if it has changed or if it is just in my mind that it has. I am just wondering if anyone had some suggestions, should I just keep hitting and see if it works itself out or if I should get some help with it to see whats going on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

have it looked at by a professional.
And if you can't,
study the pro's forehands, and how they use spin and everything.
look at slow-mo strokes, and figure out how to imitate it.
If your forehand is really bad you need to start giving it a medium paced spin shot.
Like accelerate through the ball and get some spin and height for margin of error.
