I've recently began researching about racquet customization since I've never even touched lead tape.

Anyway, I was looking into jura's pro racquet specs and noticed Nadals:

Nadal, Rafael (ESP ) 2 321 32.2 68.5
BABOLAT TOUR DURALAST 1.35 25/24

His static racquet weight (unstrung) is 321 grams, yet the balance point remains practically unchanged from the original APD (320 mm).

Where and how did he place the extra 20 grams?

I'm guessing that if the balance point was maintained there should be 10 grams at the handle and 10 grams at the head. The question is where.

Thanks for any help in advance!

it's the real string of choice for nadal. it's not sold in the USA so they advertise pro hurricane tour as his string choice instead.

I used to hace baboalt duralast en mi stick before,

but if you use it you hace too change the string every match, after a couple of days it changes completely,

at argentina the price es about $25 pesos ( 8 U$S) itīs a low price string, and no one uses it,

duralast is a first-gen poly and isn't as good as most of the other poly out on the market today.

as for weight distribution, it doesn't have to be exactly 10 in the head, 10 in the handle

Is there any way to tell from Jura's data what the distribution is?

You didn't specify any swingweights, but without that information, the TWU Customizer (http://twu.tennis-warehouse.com/learning_center/customization.html) came up with the following:

The input given your description:
weight: 301 to 321
balance: 32 to 32.2
length: 68.5

Thanks for the answer!

Ok, so I have this Pure Storm Limited and it is a phenomenal racquet, but there's no power coming from it at all. I really enjoy this thin beam, but I would like a little more swingweight.

I decided to add some lead at 12.

Since the beam is so thin, I had to cut the tape in half lengthwise so that it wouldn't just hang out, but I ended up adding only 3 grams total. I think 6 grams is more appropriate.

Does this tape placement seem alright?

Should I add two of these halves on each site of the strings or just go with the original thickness and bend it upwards?
