hi i have recently brought 3 yonex requets and all have broken in the head. i have only had these for about 2 months and never abused them hit the ground or otherwise and was wondering if this has happened to any one else???

What models were they? Ihave had numerous Yonexes and not had any problems.

I've never had a Yonex break on me from normal use. But like any racquet, they will break if you abuse them.

did you string it as a one piece? I believe Yonex must be strung with a two-piece, although I could be wrong.

Yes, I got it from SW and yes I realize it's spelled wrong. I did that intentionally. I don't want to get sued by GL. lol

Yonex recommends two piece stringing with crosses strung lower but my friend uses the RDS 001 MP (old pj version), strung it many many times with poly (Signum Pro Plasma HEXtreme Pure 1.20) at 25kg (one piece stringing) and no troubles.

ive been using yonex for 11 years and i have never broke anyone.

Could be inherent defect in frame / batch ? I believe they have a few years warranty anyways ?

they were yonex rq is 1 tours. and they had 2 piece string.
