I made a topic a while ago saying that my racquet was really head light (15+) with the balance point at 11.25 inches. I did the TW method for finding swing weight and it said 183! Is having this low of a swing weight bad? Could this cause any arm problems, and cause lower spin and power potential? I play fine with it and can hit fast forehands, but my backhands are a little slower than I wished. If it is a problem then I am thinking of leading it up.

How model racquet is this and how many times did you run the test?

The racquet is the o3 hybrid hornet OS and I ran the test 5 times. My average time was 12.91 sec.

I ran the TW test too. I ended up getting a swingweight of 72...

It's a tad bit inaccurate. I think I know where I messed up, but at this point, I really don't care.

I assume you did something wrong. I got pretty accurate result when I did it.

Therefore I think all posts leads to question whether you are panicking based on accurate information.
