Tennis . com has it as 328 Swingweight(kgcm^2) but Im not sure whether if its strung or unstrung.

Mine is a grip 2 so might be even lower.

I think that my grip 3s are around 340 strung, but will check.

Yep something like that, it is quite heavy to handle and certainly not for everyone.

Anyone know if

specs were measured strung or unstrung?

There was a UL and SL version. The SL I had in grip 4 felt heavier than the mfil 200 which has a sw around 340-350.

I switched to RD7 about 5 months ago, (from IPEX7 Mid). I now have 9 of them. The swingweights vary by about 20 points from lowest to highest. Not too much consistancy on these stick. I love them anyway.

Spinny -- two questions: where are you getting them from, and are they all the same grip size?

I get them mostly from the bay site. Some are from TW for sale boards, A couple from Craigs list. They are all different grip sizes, but I have a friend who is a world-class racket tech, and he cuts down the number 5's into 3's

I am pretty sure the specs provided are strung weight.

I compared the specs of current models like RDS001 mid from this table against the specs (strung weight) provided by TW - both came to +/- .2 oz difference.

My RD7 weights 12.4 oz (351.5 g) strung / with dampener and overgrip. I keep a record of all the specs of the racquet I own. Hope this helps.
