Weight Question

Hi

My racket says 300g (Pure Drive) but I weighed it (calibrated scales) at 323g.

Is the difference because the weight stated is unstrung or something?

yes most likely that was the unstrung weight. your scale has the strung weight with overgrip dampener etc.
