Are grommets important?

I didnt know whether to put this in the strings section or here, i chose here.
Anyway should you replace them regulalry?
I play about 8 hours a week, that will increase over the summer.

You replace your grommets when they break. For example the grommet might be cracked or the bumper guard is cracked, chipped, or ripped.
