Does anyone have a problem with yonex grommets?

My RDX 500 mid has this problem at 6 o'clock. The inner grommets were cracked during first play! :(
I sent the complaint to both Yonex Thailand and Headquater. Yonex Thailand just informed that they have no spares :confused: Without any useful information.
For the headquater, just only one reply that they sent back to me on June 2. I already sent back some information they asked on that day.

Please let me know what should i do? Purchasing from TW may be the last choise.

Something seriously wrong there. Those grommets are flexible rubber. They shouldn't crack and split like that.

My guess is that they were damaged (significantly) prior to installation. I would contact Yonex USA (their customer service is excellent) and get some replacements.

I called Yonex USA for some grommets for my old RQ-120 and after talking with 2 different people they sent me about a dozen possible replacements. They were more helpful than I would have thought.

Either that or kick in the extra $8 or whatever and buy a replacement at TW. It's not the end of the world.
