ok this is mostly just venting....when i play solid 4.5 and 5.0 players i play better with a true players stick, like the yonex mp tour 90, strung tight to very tightly. when i play 4.0 players i player better with tweener, more powerful rackets. jeez. ok thanks for reading...i feel better now.

It sounds like you are feeding off the power of the better players...I don't think you're alone. I've noticed the same effect myself.

python,

maybe, but i think it is more that the pd+ is too powerfull for me. i developed a more flat than loopy stroke and with the pd+ if you are playing guys that can bang you really need to impart mega topspin....because i don't naturally do that i find myself hitting balls long and wide. if i use a ps tour or yonex mp etc, i can swing out on hard balls and they stay in. playing against guys that don't hit has hard...i can still swing out and keep it in with the pd+. I just got my pd+ strung at 70lbs i think this is gonna help, big difference.
