Yes it would, then if u eat with ur left hand and use the computer mouse with it as well that would further improve your 2 handed backhand. Writing with ur left hand would be for the hardcore only.

Yes. It helps strengthen and coordinate not only your left arm but also the entire left side of the body from the ground up.

probably. using your left arm more would probably result in you using your left arm more in your backhand. this would probably mean more power and coordination/control on your backhand.
this is just a guess though, but it makes sense in my mind.

Many coaches will tell you to practice hitting a few strokes with a left handed forehand for a righty 2hbh. For many players, left arm dominance leads to be better strokes. Personally, I like to practice my 2hbh with just my right thumb and index finger as a guide while swinging.

Yea im just switched back to 2 hands 2day. I hit with it since i was 5 until i was 13 (im 16 now) and it was never really that good. But somehow its sweet now so im switching back.

Should my left wrist be acting like in hitting a lefty forehand. Or with less wrist bend?

i do it, especially when im playing against players who arent as good as me. i also practice taking lefty forehands at home to help groove my stroke. it also might help one day because in the event of injury.

but i definitely dont suggest trying to become play with both hands unless you are naturally ambidextrous
