is that the lowest your racquet head gets?
It has to get much lower than that when you begin your upswing..

you are off center quite a bit and your racquet really needs to dip down a whole lot more to be in the slot. I guess that is the next step really and not the trpy position, but it still needs to happen to have a great serve.
hope you see what I am saying, it is hard to describe.

your shoes don't match
it is hard to tell from the pic, but you may have a bad grip

I recall that Vic Braeden specifically said that you don't want to imitate the trophy position. The trophy position was selected for aethetics, and is not good for hitting the ball.

the grip looks continental...you need to get your racket more intothe "backscratch" position.

1. your grip needs to be continental.
2. the pic was probbly taken AFTER the trophy position. Pls see some photo sequences on procomparetennis.net. I posted some on a thread (http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?t=206219) yesterday (started by tokyopunk).
If that's your trophy, your elbows need to be lower -- you should be able to draw a line from serving elbow to tossing hand. See
Serving Picture Guide (http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?t=206219).
