Does the insole for the Gel Resolutions come out? I just came back from the foot doctor and they are telling me I need to buy these superfeet arch support things and replace the insoles of the shoes with them. Anyone use superfeet arch support?

Too late -- you've already got it even if you don't feel it yet. You are doomed. ;-)

i was going to try superfeet after i heard such great reviews but then i found sof sole adapt. it's pretty much a custom insole that's cheaper. about $30.

I am using the orange now and they feel great. I have wide flat feet and my foot is very flexible(so my doctor said). I am a servere overpronator. My foot type require a firm footbed, not hard, but firm. A soft foot bed like sof sole cause me a lot of foot pain. I got Planters with it in my Nike Breath Free II way back(took 8 months to recover).

If your foot is rigid with an arch the sof sole may work very well for you.

The orange has three version or updates.

Ver. 1) has the foam similar to the green but not quite as thick, kidney shape pad for balls
of your foot.

Ver. 2) has same setup with a "bump" on the sole at mid-foot. Sorry forgot the exact
term. It was release last fall

Ver. 3) replace the foam similar to the green with a more pliable or softer pad running the
length of the sole. Just released.

I think the version 1 was the best. And Version 2 is my second choice. It is a denser foam. Version 3 seem kind of soft for tennis. Work better for dress shoes. It is still denser than the sof sole.

Good Luck.

Try the green if you have a medium to high arch. Otherwise go for the blue. You can always return them. They have a 60 day return policy.

It is very important that your heel fits within the sole. While standing your heel should not hang over the heel part of the sole. This is very important to get the proper fit for your foot.

Good info, I had version 2 of the orange with the metatarsal bump. I'm a supinator...didn't work out for me. I just eat advil now...

My partner uses the green and she has a high arch. With a 60 day warranty it is worth a try. BTW: advil can cause stomach lining problems so make sure you take it with food and use it only for severe pain.

I had to go on prevacid, after od on it. 1600mg a day for my tennis elbow...prescribed by a doctor for 6 straight weeks!

Hope it gets better.

between redbull, coffee, naprosen and advil my stomach is angry pretty much all the time....but rather that than my feet being in pain.
