i just bought a pair today and i looked at my friends shorts and theirs is sewed on there but theirs arent the basic core their just nike shorts i dont know which kind and what does screened on mean

yea it fits but on the tag before i riped it off it saids nike dri fit and on the tag on the back of the shorts it saids nike fit dry

"Dri-Fit" and "Nike FitDry" are the same thing. The latter is just the new name.

The names of Nike clothes can also be different between Europe and U.S. for the same item. I'm in the U.S.

Yes, mine have the white stripes down each side and nike dry fit or whatever on back left hand side.

I noticed that the shorts with spandex or any other material then 100% polyester have a screened on nike symbol. Over time they will wash away.
