But he was asking about a match that just took place. That thread was quite a while ago.

Anyways, it'd be nice if you could post pictures.

James Blakes uses a Dunlop stick

Yes, but people have concluded that his racquet is of the same mold as the TFight 320/335 series

Next, you'll say it's an AG?

I'm pretty sure that Dunlop produces said stick, definitely not one that we can buy. The M-Fil 200 16x19 mold looks very close to the tecnifibre and Blake molds also.

Blake does in fact use a real Dunlop.
It is similar to the one Tommy Haas, James Blake and others used in the sense they all came from teh same Dunlop Revelation Tour 95, which was big brother to the 90(green/black frame) that Flip used back in the late 90s. Don't know the weight or balance, never saw the need to take it, but from what I recall, it had a Head handle. He uses ALU-Power and he was stringing 27/25 and he was adimant about having it done with four knots.

Blake's Dunlop is from the late 90's.

It is the opinion that the closest racquet you can buy to Blake's, Haas' and Berdych's Dunlop currently is the T-Fight 320 18x20 and T-Fight 335 18 x20. Because the TF T-Fight 320/335 18x20 are from a very similar mold if not a copy of the Dunlop.

My point is it is the mold you referenced--not an Aerogel as many believe.

I said AG; as in that someone will say it is one of the new Aerogels. It is an older mold that was made for him prior to switching to "Prince" sticks as he never used a Prince stick. Same mold--different PJ. The same mold/stick he uses has been an m-fil 200 PJ, a Prince all black PJ, and now an AG PJ.

Regardless, the OP asked us to talk about Tipsy's stick..so let's get back to that and put all this Blake talk in the proper thread.

Sorry, OP.

So, what, they just repainted the old ones and introduced the 315 for Baghdatis?

Not quite, I posted details on the new sticks when I hit with them a few weeks ago, the Flash 315 is the same as the Fischer but the new 295,320,325 and 325xl are different from the previous two models-wider beam not sure of the flex but they felt softer. By the way the cosmetics are not to all tastes but the Flash is a deeper red and does not look as loud as the Fights and the new grips are good.

^^^OK that is all fine, he uses the same MOLD as the technifibre racket but what about the material. IS it Graphine composite ?? N-code ?? Is it stiff, flexible, how heavy is it ??

Actually, he did use a Prince stick for a little bit to try it out. I have played with the model that Prince made especially for him and it wasn't bad, but he didn't like it so he went back to Dunlop.

I can bet you that it is softer than the racquets sold in the store and heavier as well. I am going to speculate here, but I would assume that the material is high modulus graphite.

I heard Technifibre just bought the mold from Fischer for Bagdhatis's new Technifibre stick. True?
