Anyone out there use these or know of anyone who uses them. I need another pair of orthotics but just can't afford what my customs cost me. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Phase 4 inserts were the most uncomfortable I ever tried. Like walking on golfballs under your arches

Are the Vasyli Orthotics rigid plastic in the heel and arch? That's what I currently have and they work great.

Not plastic, http://www.vasylimedical.com/products/product_customs_high_density.html Also wear rigid graphite orthotics, no pain but no cushioning either,
