Hi, I recently purchased a 300G OS from you guys and asked that you string it with Iso Speed Professional. Well, it came strung with Iso Speed, but whoever strung it decided not to string the last cross. I'm not too happy about this, but I'm sure it was an honest mistake by your very busy stringers, could you please advise if I have any recourse here. Thanks.

Try calling them, you should be able to get it restrung.
