Please give some insights on how to improve my strokes on both sides.
Thanks!

I'm having trouble watching it but it looks like you should try to challenge yourself more on the ball machine and get your feet moving.
Try to hit targets and recover don't just hit it back from the same spot, oh and make the ball machine trajectory to a corner on your side so you can recover and then go back and hit.

it seems like you are preparing late for your forehand.

It looks like sometimes you are leaning too much and trying to push the ball on your forehand. I am not really sure, your video is very blurry.

as far as i could tell you need to follow through a little more on your forehand & backhand. now you didnt do this on all your strokes but you seem like pulling out of the shot a little. and maybe try to drive through your forehand a little more but on the other hand the vid was blurry so everything im saying could be miss interpretation of your strokes

im not an expert on this stuff, but you seem to have a very open stance when you hit your forehand, i dont know if this is because of the grip you are using or what, it would seem to robb you of power when hitting like that, turning more on the side your planning to hit on might help
it also seemed like you were hitting from your heels, thats cant be good, i know nadal does it, but i dont think he has the best fundamental techniques in the game, from what i've heard about his style
i like to lean into my shots more and turn more to really get a good wackk at the ball
i turn to the side as much as possible and go from low to high as i lean into and up to the ball and direction where i am sending the ball, and always finish over my shoulders
again i dont knwo if the grip your using is a different hitting style all together than mine, i use a eastern grip, you seem to be using a western grip of some kind from the follow through you have

Not many people have posted on your backhand, so I wanted to mention one thing I saw: your left foot.
Notice how 80% of the time, on your backhand stroke, you kick up your left foot? That means you are
(1) not stepping into your shot... you need to move your mass FORWARD
(2) off balance
When you have the luxury of not having to run down a ball, you should take the time to fully set yourself--you should be able to keep your left foot entirely still during your stroke. If you feel like falling over when you try this, it means you aren't hitting from a solid base!
