Practice tosses. Practice "wooshes" (stroke with no hitting)

Running, dashes/suicide style, working out.

I sometimes go through the strokes with recovery with a wheight in my hand. Use light wheights like 2lbs and ancle wheights.

There are definitely things you can do to get in shape while off the court. Is that what you're asking?

I'm not so sure how to practice off the court though....

There are also weights mainly for your racket. You put the weight on your strings, lower, middle , or up depending on how much weight you want. You then practice your strokes with perfect style. After finished, your racket will look sooo light.
