Pumping up before a game

Before I play a match that I know is going to be intense I usually listen to my mp3 player. I was just wondering if anyone does the same, and if you do what songs do you listen to?

ughh...deathmetal gives me a headache.

I don't really need to get pumped up before matches because I'm always excited to play. If I think too much I start to get nervous and music helps you take your mind off things. I'll listen to Lostprophets, Atreyu, Brand New, Muse, Weezer, Saosin or anything I'm into at the time.
