Golfer's Elbow - how long did it take to heal?

Those who have had it and healed, or know someone closely who had it and healed, about how long did it take?

I'm about about 6 weeks of rest with 4 weeks of PT under my belt. May do a steroid shot this week with the doc.

I'm getting worried this could be something that takes a very long time to heal (6 mos. +).

I'm going in for my cortisone shot tomorrow for my golfers elbow. I'll let you know how it goes.

I stopped playing about 2 weeks ago, have been doing PT for about 4 weeks.

Took longer than TE. The actual number is less transferable from one individual to another.

My tennis elbow is still nagging me after 3 years. It's much better now but I still can only play once or twice a week, not more than that. So be careful, dont' get back to the game so soon, I think that' what I did and it didn't get healed completely
