I play on clay, slide a lot, and have a big push off when i serve. Thus there are times where i slide incorrectly and a lot of weight is on that big toe, and i sprained it slightly yesterday. How can i prevent this in the future? My vapor shoes bend at the toe and that isnt good for me! Aside from the shoes, should i tape two toes together so they would bend in unison?
