Then played the next day? How was your forehand?? I just want to verify thats why my forehand was so god awful!!! Couldnt control it to save my life, whereas yesterday i was on fire (before doing that squeeze mechanism a couple hundred times)

You talking about one of those hand grip exercisers? Doing a couple hundred reps might have made your forearm muscles a bit tight/tense temporarily. But then it could have been mere coincidence.

Not hard to believe. Can't say I've had the same experience because I'm usually more fatigued overall than just in my forearms. That result that you got on the courts might be a bit of a signal - if your forearms were spent and you couldn't do anything with the racquet, you may be using too much arm to swing when you're not tired. Just check and see if you've got enough leg drive and rotation in your strokes on a regular day. Arm strength is good, but there's plenty of power in your core and your legs that you don't want to routinely leave on the shelf.

I notice the reversed effect and it might as well relevent.

If I rested my arm a day or two, I'd feel fresh and my fh'd be powerful.
