Do I still need to prestretch Technifibre strings? I haven't strung a raquet with this string for a long time..Thanks

I do. I use a 10% pre-stretch option with my Star 5. Without a proper pre-stretch, I feel that the NRG2 loses tension shortly after stringing. With a pre-stretch (automated or manual), it's my favorite multi string on the market.

What's a 10% prestretch? I haven't strung a racket since 1992 with technifibre so the only way I know how to prestretch is to wrap it around a door knob and lean back!

The CP electric tension heads offer pre-stretching options.
