Ive tried prince recoil last mounth in my prince ozone tour and Ive find this string to be very confortable and "surprisingly" powerfull.

At $25 a set for a synthetic, I'm not likely to ever try it.

Agreed. That's crazy.

It is a fantastic string. I have been using it almost a year now. Main attribute is that it doesn't move, or supposedly it moves and comes back. Lux was similar but harsh. Recoil is a very comfortable string. It doesn't give as much top as a poly though. It is a nice soft string.

Natural gut is nice, too. Does Recoil hold its tension as well? Does it have gut's dynamic stiffness?

Is Recoil really worth almost what a set of gut costs?

To me? No. I tried Recoil earlier this summer, and I didn't like it at all. Sure, the strings didn't move (or moved back quickly), but I thought its playability was poor. I certainly won't use it ever again - too many other great strings out there (and many great ones that cost far less than Recoil). Just my $0.02.

Take care.

Prince Recoil is trash.... you could buy that for 25 dollars, or buy Klip Legend natural gut for the same price. I think my choice will lean towards the natural gut, thankyou.
