The best site for junior/college tennis news.
http://tenniskalamazoo.blogspot.com/
or
zootennis.com
Colette Lewis does a sensational job. If you're interested in junior tennis, this is the site for you. Just a heads up for people on this forum as crazy about junior tennis as me.

I could not agree more with this sentiment.
Junior (and college) tennis is very lucky to have Colette Lewis and ZooTennis.com. She has everything going for her:
- Based out of Kalamazoo, she has a long history in boys' tennis, where she first came to appreciate the game. That background gives her a solid perspective.
- She makes an effort to get to every significant junior and college event around. She has been to the slams, to the NCAA championships, to Kalamazoo, the boys' and girls' clay courts, to the Orange Bowl, to the Grasscourts, to college dual matches, to ITF tournaments, and many, many more.
- She is a strong writer and very professional. (As the guy at TennisRecruiting.net who receives articles from outside authors, I can say that her work is essentially unedited.)
- She has been doing this long enough to know basically everybody. Everyone likes Colette and wants to talk to her - both to hear her views and to give her tidbits of information. She is extremely well-connected.
- ZooTennis is a great mix of daily reports from venues and links with commentary to other pieces. It is just an outstanding blog if you like junior tennis.
So thank you very much, Colette! I hope that you do this for a long, long time.
Best,
Dallas

The zoo tennis reporting is a great resource and very enjoyable reading.
The best part is the articles on the "international jet set" of amateur tennis- Kind of like watching "The lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" or "Dallas" only with tennis.
Only here can you read about precocious pre-teens complaining about intercontinental jet lag as a reason for a bad tournament.
It does allow regular players a certain healthy fantasy in that respect; Kind of a combination of Tennis magazine and Us- And I'm all for it.
