...Gymnasts hardly lift weights?

I read some where on the net that gymnasts haven't the need for weights, as their exercises seem to build them up quite nicely.

Is that really the case?

Sorry for the silly question. It justs sounds pretty cool to me, if that is the case.

Are you planning on doing gymnastics to prepare for tennis or os this a totally random question?

Many gymnasts do both weights and their routines to keep in shape. I know many gymnasts and they do dips, pullups, pushups, parallel bar shoulder presses, and V ups. Don't think for a second that they only do their routines to stay in shape because that's BS.

Pretty much random, yeah.
