Prestretch SPPP

Someone told me once not to prestretch Cyberflash. Should I be prestretching SPPP? If so, do people usually prestretch the entire reel at once? Or just cut up the proper stringing amount, and then prestretch? Is there an easy way to stretch it, besides wrapping it around a pole and pull?

u shouldnt be prestretching poly at all. there's no reason to. poly is so stiff if u "prestretch" it u're gonna end up with a dead string.

bluescreen is right, just don't pre-stretch poly period.
