which racquet is better, the rdx 300 or 500, and what are your 1st impressions of both of them?

What do you mean "better"? These are two different types of racquets that will appeal to different types of players...

There's a pretty good discussion of the RDX500 in an earlier post: "Yonex RDX500...1st Impressions".

I played with RDX 300 MidPlus for about 4 hours.
It has more pop than RDX 300 and MP-1.
I would it's tad less stable than MP-1 or RDX 500 but not much.
Most noticable power increase came for serving.
Great overall and serve and volley stick.

I meant "It has more pop than RDX 500 and Mp-1" obviously,
refering to the power level of RDX 300.

Compared to PD, I felt like PD standard is better on groundies
while RDX 300 is much better in serving.
Generally speaking, I felt like PD has more power and more
forgiving on off-center hit than RDX 300.
But RDX 300 has a bit more feel and traditional feel than PD.
I felt like it's a lighter PC with much more serving potential.
