Babolat VS Touch 1.30mm

Hi,

I was going to buy the Babolat VS Touch 1.30mm and the Luxilon Big Banger Alu Rough 1.25mm so I got 2 x 12m instead of buying one "Champions Choice" which is only 6m each.

But I heard that natural gut is sensitive to moisture etc. and if I open a 12m set of Babolat VS Touch 1.30mm, and only string one racket the rest of the gut will be left exposed...

From this month here in Scandinavia i'll only be able to play one time every week and I don't want to waste the expensive gut...

Any advice?

reseal the bag or throw it in some ziploc bags and throw it under your bed (out of the sun/heat)

Actually the humidity is dropping now that it's getting closer to winter so it hope helps.

Do you think it would be a waste to string my racket with those strings when i'll only be able to play like once a week from now on untill next season?

i string mine right away so i really cant tell you but if its low humidity and cool id think it'll make it.

Oh ok, but thanks for the advice though.

I just really want to try something new after having only played with Wilson Sensation for a year now (never had my racket restrung yet).

Also, VS Touch isn't affected as much by humidity as other natural gut because of its special coating. The humididty will still have some effect though.
