What should I do? I am usually busy with school work the instant I get home and by the time I'm done its 11 and I go to sleep

If your school has a fitness center, go 2 or 3 times a week and lift weights.

Here is an 8-week upper body program for you if you want:

If it says to login, sign up (free) and enter in your maxes for each lift. If you don't know what they are, guess as close as you can.
