you definitely need more of a knee bend and then uncoil up. You are virtually standing up straight and serving.

to my eye, you are not tossing high and far out enough, such that you continue to accelerate after contact. This means that you are only hitting the ball with a portion of your potential power, and losing the acceleration that occurs after contact. Per comments above, it will help you achieve this long and powerful swing by bending your knees and keeping your left arm up so that you can extend your stroke prior to contact.

yeah... i think it's the whole BODY idea.
Left-Hand needs to be straight up.
Knees need to be bent
You need to propel forward
Propelling forward will lift u off the ground not for a jump, but just natural coil for better speed.
To tell you the truth im surprised you can't serve decently with that. I have a friend who does that, and it's horrible. It's good how you got your right arm down though.

The best angle to video tape your serve is from the side or even more towards the front-side view. Then people can see your contact point, extension of hitting arm, kinetics of motion etc.
.......Just a mental tip:
Take more time on your serve. It looks decent but the way you are hitting it, leads you to develop bad habits. (such as losing concentration during a match). So even in simple practice, set up targets, go through your routine and set goals for yourself. Do this simple thing and I think a lot of other things will come into place.
If people are giving you pointers on a meaningless serve. It is no help when you go to serve in a match.

Also, your wrist is slightly laid back during your trophy pose. It should be neutral until you begin your forward swing, then it should lay back naturally. This will give you a better wrist action and should increase your power and spin.

You're footfaulting. Don't take a step up with your left foot. Just stand still and serve.

The right leg kicks way off to the right = wasted energy not used for a more complete power transfer to the upper body and racket arm. Notice how you lean a bit too much to the left -- due, in part, to the right leg kick. Try letting the right leg foot kick toward the back fence. This serves a couple of purposes. It serves as a counterbalance so that you can drive upward & forward into the ball and into the court. It also keeps your hips from rotating too much when the power is transferred to the upper body -- this makes for a more complete power transfer for your kinetic chain.
Will H talks about the rear leg/foot kicking back in his serve vids on FYB.

i agree with systemic that ur right legs kicked too far to the right.
and u need to bend u knee more and accelerate up transfering ur body weight into the ball.
