My questionis this: If i purchase say for example one standard size packs (40 feet) to put in the mains, and another to put in the crosses that is also 40 ft. would i have enough string for 2 racquets or just one?

yeah 2 racquets. 20 ft from each packet should do the trick.

unless u're using a super duper oversize racquet (over 110 sq. in.) u wont have a problem. u'll be able to string two racquets.

look at the klipperusa site and look up the racquet. they give all kinds of information about string lengths and tie off holes.

it also depends on the string you use in the mains. for the most part, 20 feet is more than enough for the crosses, but if you're stringing poly in the mains of say, a 100 sq in 18x20, you may have some problems reaching the tensioner on the last main. of course. if you use any open string pattern, you will be fine.
