How good would you have to be to play for a school like UTSA?

How good would you have to be to play for a school like UTSA?
I think you have to be at least top 5 in your city to have chance to play in D1. My high school's top player ended up like #2 in San Diego when he graduated. He went on to play for UC Santa Barbara. You can ask UTSA about their recruiting to find out if you have a chance.
