How should I do to make the rackethead down at contactpoint. My coach told me that my wrist isnt laid back and I dont hold the angle on my wrist before contacpoint and at my pronation and thats way the balls flying right now. Is that right or what should I do technical? My grip is a extreme SW!

I think you are going to have to be more specific with your question and use better sentences.

What I mean is that I golfing my shots sometimes and I wonder how I technical should do to not "shovel" my shots in the fence!

You're probably just not closing your racquet face in the first place. With a video camera or a mirror make sure that when your racquet takeback is complete, the hitting face of your strings is pointing straight to the ground. When you begin your forward swing with your racquet face to the ground it will be a lot less likely to open up on you. Then you'll just have to worry about netting the ball alll the time :)
