Interested in ordering a Tecnifibre TFight 320 XL (18x20) racquet and was wondering what sort of grip shape does it have? I like Wilson/Yonex shape.

The Tecnifibre grip shape is more rectangular than say a Prince (sorry, don't know about Wilson or Yonex). It's flatter/longer on top and shorter on the sides, which I think is similar to Head's and maybe Dunlop's.

BTW, I used the 320 XL all season and think it's a great racquet, just wish it were just a slight bit lighter as it's not very head light for an XL racquet.

Wilson/Yonex is less square than Prince and less rectangular than Head. I've heard Dunlop is in between Wilson and Head. I hope Technifibre is closer to Wilson/Yonex than Dunlop or Head.

Specs of the 320XL looks very attractive, I like thin beam, 27.5", 6pts HL strung and under 12oz racquets. Hope the grip shape is right I'm very shape sensitive.

I've just bought Tecnifibre TFight 320 18x20 from TW few weeks ago.
I can assure you that TF grip shape is nearly identical to my Dunlop.
I almost couldn't feel a different holding them side by side.

That's good to hear. Do you have any Wilson or Yonex racquets? Can you feel any difference to the Tfight? I'm asking because I don't know what Dunlop grip feels like.

I think TF grip is a tad rounder than Wilson and feel more toward Yonex.Again, one's feeling about grip is very subjective but you can be sure TF grip is absolutely nothing like Head or Volkl shape.

This TF 320 18x20 feel very stiff even strung at 50 lbs.I had to put it down due to my elbow problem.

Really? I was hoping it'd be more flexible. TW listed Stiffness: 63.

What their grip size, do they normally run large or small, compared to say Wilson or Prince?

I had some TFight 315s & 325s and IMO they are closest to Head grips, maybe identical, very rectangular. I also picked up some TFight 320s later on, and thought it was not quite as rectangular as the first models.

I don't have these racquets but I had really similar experiences.

The old series 315 and 325 has rectangular grip like Head.

Older TF models like 315 en 325 have a grip similar to Head retangular shape. With the next models 320 and 335 they changed the grip shapes more like wilson and dunlop ones.
