I'm looking to switch from my Head FXP Prestige MP soon. Which three rackets which I can demo from TW would you suggest. I'm beginning to think that the Prestige is a bit too demading once I get in a long match situation where I'm having to generate my own pace. Requirements:

1: Wrist-friendly. I have tendinitis off and on.
2: Conducive to my game plan which is: Baseline heavy grinding until I get a short ball then I flatten the ball and move in for a volley.
3: Less demanding than current Prestige.
4: Not a string eater.

It's just silly limiting yourself to specific brands.

I've tried many Princes and have not liked them. I would try the POG, though, given its following.

I've tried both of those. Didn't hate them, but didn't think they were great. What about the Aerogel 300? 500 tour?

Well, even the hardcore POG fans on here would still agree that it is one of the biggest string eaters of all time.

My list:

1. Fischer M Pro no. 1 SL

2. Prokennex Redondo Mid or Midplus

3. Volkl C10 Pro

I'd try the microgel prestige, if i were you. it swings a lot lighter than it's weight indicates. IMO, it swings even easier than the Kblade98. Also, I'd demo the Microgel Radical.

Are you talking about the Mid size? Cause the Mid felt a little on the heavy side, at least for me. The serve was SOOOOOOOOO good though. That racquet just plows through the ball with ease. :)
