Just wondering on the forehand should the forward motion be started by uncoiling the hips/shoulders or should you start with the arm towards the ball. Im a golfer and follow the school of thought of starting the downswing with the hips (large muscles) and haveing the arms follow and fall into the "slot" or hitting position. Can I have the same swing thought for the forehand?
