1. Johansson, Joachim 284
2. Roddick, Andy 177
3. Mirnyi, Max 158
4. Hewitt, Lleyton 154
5. Ljubicic, Ivan 147
6. Karlovic, Ivo 127
7. Ancic, Mario 127
8. Lopez, Feliciano 124
9. Johansson, Thomas 120
10. Stepanek, Radek 103

Pim-Pims tally is quite impressive - more than 100 more than Roddick...

It's not so surprising (considering the above list) that Pim-Pim also leads the Service Games Won and is high on the 1st Service Points Won lists.

What's slightly more surprising is that he is also very high up on the "2nd Serve Points Won" list (2:d to Federer) and also "Break Points Saved".

At this rate, he will end up with 2000 aces for 2005!!

Makes you appreciate all the more Agassi's effort to beat him at the Aus Open doesn't it.

Hewitt at no.4 is a bit of a surprise. I know he plays more matches than some (that is what happens when you win) so gets more chances to serve aces but it shows he's added a dimension to his game that others of his style and size - Chang for one- were never able to accomplish.

Don't forget Pim Pim has played a lot more matches this year than Roddick has. Up to the end of last week, a rough count would be 16 or 17 to Roddick's 11.

I just noticed they list total matches also,so you can work out average aces per match.

Has anyone here seen both Wayne Arthur's and Pim Pim's serve live? I've only seen Arthur's and it ws pretty devastating. saw him play doubles with Rafter once also.

I actually saw both Waynes Arthurs and Pim Pim last Stockholm Open. I'd say their serves aren't similar at all. Waynes serve is just hard whereas the Pim Pim serve use angles much more.
