wow... a lot of thing to improve on, a hell lot.
1) you are dropping your wrist instead of dropping your racquet.
for more explanation of how to do it correctly, listen to what he have to say. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=TsRymzn82XU
2)your whole swing is too floppy and relaxed, like a a snake. yes, you should be fluid in your arm movement, but not like this, it's almost like there's no bone in your arm. You need to be more firm.
3)you have too much body movement. body is like all over the place, especially the leg after you hit your serve, try to restrict them.
and that's what i notice in the 1st few serve.

To add on,
you are using frying pan grip to serve, you should swing up on edge, almost like you are trying to hammer the ball, but pronate your wrist just before you contact with the ball. for more explanation, plz watch these vid.

basiaclly, I would suggest you watching the all the serve instruction video from www.fuzzyyellowballs.com and relearn your whole service your motion, because your serve needs an overhaul instead of some fix here and there. And if possible, you should have coach to correct you and give you feedback, either private session or group session.
Yeah, tighten up.
You're a wet noodle.
The wet noodle is only supposed to be for shoulder, arm, and wrist.
Hey you guys who posted videos of your serves!
THIS IS WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE TO ME
Maintain your balance, don't go doing circles with your pivot foot.
