which one and what year? Mine has to be the 2005 AO or 2005 USO

AO - Safin had his amazing run and his epic five set duel. My favorite player, Hewitt, also had a good run. He played real good tennis and had some exciting five set matches.

USO - Agassi back in the finals was awesome. Watching his match vs. Blake was amazing. Ginepri also had a good run

Tough call. Some of my faves are

Finals:
'08 Wimby (big surprise)
'07 USO (don't know why, just generally cool play from Novak and Roger)
'80/'81 Wimby (Borg and Mac, 'nuff said)

Ehh... I'll think of more later.

Oh man, way too many. It would be some of the 90s ones... especially a tourny where both the men and women games were interesting.

game set match 46 TIMES!!

French open and Wimbledon but I agree the AO atmosphere is special and great. The USO is my least favorite, stadium is too big, you're too far from players, organization sucks. (unfortunately the only one I can attend live at the moment)

French Open and Wimbledon because it's in Europe, so I can watch a lot of tennis live on tv.

2005 aussie open was the best slam ever

hewitt was awesome, unfortunate to run into a even better safin, who downed federer in the semis

i would of actually fancied hewitt to beat fed in final, i know he drubbed him at the us open final the year previous, but hewitt in his own back yard cud of taken him

also sharapova vs serena was an awesome match, 8-6 in the third if memory serves right

also any tourney where you have federer vs agassi is awesome, even if fed layed the smack down on him!!!

Same for me. I can watch the whole tournament without getting up during the middle of the night.

My favorite is always the next one on the schedule. In this case the AO of 09. Each GS offers differing challenges. I anticipate each one eagerly. In the winter (in the U.S.) I always look forward to the AO to break the monotony of the cold.

US Open seems the lamest to me. Light blue and light green colors are quite boring and not a fan of hard court tennis. I prefer the natural surfaces that offer the most exciting tennis. I'm kinda burned out from tennis by that point as the tennis season gets long for the viewers like me as well. Not just for the players.

The US Open in Flushing Meadows is actually 20 minutes away from my house so I'm there every year, so I like that one. My second is Wimbledon.
