NBTA short term question

I plan to go to NBTA for about a week in a couple of months.
I'm interested in their short term program and their accelerated program.
Could anyone tell me about these?

Before spending $2000-$3000 on something like that, you need to ask yourself something very simple. Are you beating everybody in your area at least one age group up and would one week there be better than 20-30 privates with a great coach in your area?

Is it a great place? Yes.

Unless you are good enough to make it to the top group then your money will be better spent training harder in your area.

If you do go, make sure you are in great physical shape or most of the time you will be too tired to even get anything out of it.
