tips for removing grommets from Prince 03 Shark Hybrid

I am trying to remove throat grommets from a Prince 03 Shark Hybrid MP, but can't seem to find a way to get them out (without getting overly aggressive). Anyone have any tips for this? thanks.

Thanks. that is very helpful except for this shark throat. This throat has soft string guides in place of normal hard plastic grommets. So there's really nothing to push out/against. that's where I'm stuck.

I've an O3 Hybird Shark myself, but never had any issue of taking it out.

Anyways, Prince supplies the SP Tour with a plastic push tool for the grommets. You can contact Prince, and they'll probably send you a free one...
