Is this the right hybrid for me?

Hi all,

After some debate I think I have found a hybrid combination I think is good. I want power and control, and have come up with the following combination:

Topspin Cyberblue 17 gauge mains, and PSGD gold color crosses.

I am 13 years old, and I am wondering if this combo would be hard on my elbow, and If you guys have any other combos that would suit me.

EDIT: the PSGD is a 17 gauge. I was also thinking that the polyester cyberblue might be hard on my arms, so could I substitute the isospeed Hybrid Long Life String, or would that be hard on my arms as well?

It really shouldn't be, do you play with a Junior racquet?

No, I play with a prince O3 tour. I recall NickC saying poly would cause tennis elbow for me if my strokes were not refined.

iso speed polys are pretty soft. you might might want to give them a try.

I have one more question... could I put two different gauges of string in the racquet? For example PSGD 17 in the mains and isospeed hybrid control 16L in the crosses?

cyberblue 17 is a very soft poly, if you are worried about arm problems, which you probably wont have a problem with at 13, thn i suggest using a softer cross
